The Edmonton Chamber of Voluntary Organizations is conducting research on pensions and benefits offered by Alberta nonprofit organizations. This is being done in order to build knowledge within Alberta’s 11,000 nonprofits and over 9,000 registered charities and to identify strategies and supports to improve total compensation.

Who Should Complete the Survey?
We need input from all nonprofit organizations that employ staff – whether or not they offer pensions and benefits. Your organization’s most senior staff person or person responsible for the human resources function should complete the survey.
What’s In It For You?
You can help make a difference in the sector’s ability to attract and retain effective employees which will ultimately improve the quality of life in our province. If you would like to receive a copy of the survey summary results and a copy of the final report in advance of publication, leave an email address in the space provided at the end of the survey.
